The Position
As a Solution Office Consultant, you will report to the SubChapter Lead of Consulting within the Commercial Chapter, and your goal will be to lead the design of solutions and manage the sales process of complex laboratory projects. This involves a good understanding of customer needs, the design of projects tailored to their needs and competitive, integrating the best of Roche technology, structuring a project that effectively coordinates internal resources, to ultimately be the selected provider and ensure a good implementation.
Your Main Responsibilities:

Co-creation of laboratory organization projects with clients. This includes project development and participation and leadership in the consultative sales process at the management level.

Responsible for coordinating the activities required to define and implement a solution for a certain complexity/implications, including: solution design, action line planning, execution/implementation monitoring, and project closure.

Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Implementation of strategy, developing and adapting it to the needs of each region and client.

Support the sales network in all commercial phases: projects, tenders, and offers.

Actively promote cross-functional collaboration in project management, identifying potential synergies, and sharing best practices among different members of the Consulting team as well as with the various sales areas.

Identify and develop the technical capabilities of the commercial network needed to respond to market demand.
Who You Are:

University Degree: Business Administration, Engineering, or Health Sciences.

Advanced level of Spanish and English.

Ability to analyze business aspects necessary to engage and create the necessary relationships with the right stakeholders.

Your Experience:
-
Technical and commercial knowledge of the IVD sector - particularly microbiology and clinical analysis.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting or project management, preferably in the healthcare sector.

Trusted relationships in the IVD universe in Spain will be valued.

Knowledge of Lean / Lean Healthcare.

Experience in digital solutions within the healthcare field, particularly digital laboratory solutions (Middleware, LIS), will be valued.

Ability to be agile in a rapidly changing matrix organization and comfortable operating in an ambiguous and evolving environment.
