As a Solution Engineer, you will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements. You will act as a technical advisor and problem solver, translating complex business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions using our SaaS platform. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and technical skills to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful implementation for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for the project, ensuring all technical requirements are met and the integration is successful.
- Own the project timeline, ensuring that all milestones are met on schedule and keeping the client informed of progress.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, providing clear updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Proactively identify potential issues or risks, communicate them to clients and internal teams, and ensure swift resolution.
- Oversee the integration of client data into the Voyantis platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and communicating the process and timelines to clients.
- Develop detailed plans for campaign experiments (POC), execute campaigns, and manage hands-on campaign analysis, utilizing Voyantis' UA knowledge resources.
- Monitor technical aspects such as signaling, match rate, and campaign performance, resolving issues related to model accuracy and prediction performance.
- Manage projects effectively, coordinating tasks and resources to ensure successful completion of onboarding and POC phases.
Requirements
- Technical B.Sc in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - A Must!
- 3+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask in a high-volume work environment.

- Strong understanding or experience in working with SaaS companies
- Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
