The Solution Engineer (SE) role is responsible for critical activities such as integration solution creation, presentation and projects' implementation and maintenance. This person functions as a regional primary Technical Force and provides a single point of contact for any relevant technical consultation required by external and internal partners. This role provides deliveries for quality-focused activities such as requirements Integration Detail reviews, Technical Design reviews, Test Plan reviews, and Impact Analysis reviews. Working closely with the BD and PD teams, the SE role consistently ensures that any new Integration being done appropriately with the internal/external teams aligns with the direction, best practices, and standards defined. Finally, the SE must be able to present applicable advances and changes to help drive future-looking initiatives.
Experience, education, and skill set requirements
Familiar with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++ Experience authoring technical documentation
BS (or equivalent) in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
Demonstrate excellent communication skills o Experience working with integration, SOA, and process automation systems
NICE TO HAVE
Experience working within customer services-related roles
Experience working within software development roles o Fintech/Payment business background and experience is highly appreciated
Able to understand and digest complex. multi-tier, integrated software systems o Able to think critically under pressure
Able to decompose complex systems to facilitate communication, troubleshooting, and impact analysis
Demonstrate passion for process standardization and IT excellence
The base salary range for this position is $168,000 - $216,000 annually.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base salary for the position across our US office locations. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses and/or incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
