Solution Engineer - Intern (Spring)

Kognitos is looking for a Solution Engineer Intern for the Fall/Winter. In this role you will work closely with our engineering and sales teams to assist in the design, implementation, and support of technical solutions for our clients. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment and to develop skills in solution engineering, customer interaction, and SaaS technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and implementing technical solutions that meet client requirements.

• Work closely with sales and engineering teams to understand client needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.

• Participate in client meetings to gather technical requirements and provide technical support.

• Help create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, user manuals, and API documentation.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during implementation and post-deployment.

• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving solution processes and methodologies.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of SaaS solutions and cloud computing.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with API integrations and web services.

• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

• Previous internship or project experience in solution engineering or a related field.
