Solution Architect

Role

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our Go-To-Market team. In this pivotal role, you will help us win new customers and grow existing relationships by bridging the gap between their business challenges and FlowX.AI’s technology solutions.

Acting as a trusted technical advisor for prospects and customers, you will work closely with both business and IT stakeholders to help them understand, design, and envision transformational solutions that deliver measurable outcomes and accelerate their digital initiatives.

Your day-today activities will include:

• Engage directly with prospects and customers to understand their business and technical requirements and translate them into compelling solutions with clear business value.
• Design and architect end-to-end solutions that integrate seamlessly with clients' existing systems and architectures.
• Enable banks to leverage ’s enterprise-grade AI capabilities to radically accelerate the creation, deployment, and evolution of customer-facing digital products.
• Engage in client-facing activities, including technical discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-concepts, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor in their digital transformation journeys.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment throughout the sales cycle and handover to delivery.
• Provide insights and feedback from customer engagements to inform the product roadmap and continuously improve our offering.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in banking and financial services, to deliver innovative solutions.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Solution Consultant, or Pre-Sales Engineer, preferably within enterprise software for financial services.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architectures (Java/.NET environments), API integration, and cloud-native technologies (experience with Kubernetes is highly desirable).
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing solutions for large enterprises, with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture and complex IT environments.
• Familiarity with banking technology stacks, core banking systems, and digital front-end solutions.
• Proven track record of driving pre-sales engagements, delivering product demonstrations, and building business cases that resonate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong consultancy skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively to executive-level and technical audiences.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• A proactive, ownership-driven attitude suited for a scale-up environment where you can shape processes and best practices
