Job Summary:

As a Solution Architect at Arcee.ai, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive solutions that meet the business and technical requirements of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to understand client needs, develop solutions, and ensure successful deployments. Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design:
• Collaborate with clients, sales, and product teams to understand business and technical requirements.
• Design and develop comprehensive solutions that meet client needs, leveraging Arcee.ai's AI products and services.
• Create solution architectures, including high-level designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
2. Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to engineering teams, ensuring solutions are implemented according to design and architecture.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings, applying this knowledge to solution design and development.
3. Client Engagement:
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide solution overviews, and ensure successful deployments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted solutions.
4. Solution Implementation:
• Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with design and architecture.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine solutions, addressing technical challenges and ensuring successful deployments.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architectures, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
5. Innovation and Improvement:
• Continuously evaluate and improve solution designs, architectures, and implementation processes, applying industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Arcee.ai's AI products and services, applying this knowledge to solution design and development.

Requirements:

1. Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or a related field, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or data science.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or architecture role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions.
3. Technical Skills:
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Experience with AI frameworks, libraries, and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of software architecture patterns, microservices architecture, and containerization.
4. Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and technologies.

Nice to Have:

1. Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies.
3. Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, and microservices architecture.
4. Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and transparency principles.
