As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining our product, contributing to its ongoing evolution and ensuring its seamless operation within modern laboratory environments.
As a Software Developer you:
- Build and Innovate: Develop and enhance features for LABKAII application, shaping the future of laboratory digitization.
- Modernize and Improve: Modernize our codebase through refactoring and architectural improvements, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Write with Excellence: Create clean, efficient, and well-documented code while following and learning from industry best practices.
- Solve Challenges: Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the entire application stack.
- Document Your Impact: Contribute to comprehensive technical documentation, including design specs and user guides.
- Learn and Grow Together: Participate in code reviews, exchanging feedback to sharpen your skills and ensure top-notch code quality.

What you bring to the table
- Proficiency in Java and JavaEE: A strong foundation in these technologies to develop robust applications.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or an AP degree in a relevant IT field or equivalent experience.
- A passion for Learning: An eagerness to embrace new technologies and innovate in the healthcare domain.
- Fast Learner: The ability to quickly grasp both technical and business concepts.
- Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English.
Nice to have:
- Enterprise Experience: Practical experience in developing enterprise-level applications is a bonus
- Database Expertise: Knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS) like Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Software Testing Knowledge: Experience with testing tools and methodologies to ensure software quality.
- Version Control: Familiarity with source control systems, especially Git.
- Mobile Development: Experience or interested in experimenting with hybrid mobile development frameworks such as .NET MAUI or Blazor is a plus.
