You will be working with a team of engineers with a broad range of responsibilities including all aspects of software engineering like requirements understanding and validation, solution design detailed design, development, testing and software configuration management. Build products, systems, and services that are optimized, well organized and maintainable, and have high impact on our end users.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead a Team and own on-time Technical Delivery for the Projects assigned, with high quality.
- Develop and implement new software, maintain and improve existing software
- Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a with a focus on code optimization and organization
- Recommend improvements to existing software programs
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams
- Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Sr. Associates, Associates, and Junior Associates
- Works independently on complex projects
- Apply Agile methodology daily and follow Definition of Done (DoD) process for better quality by maintaining unit test , code coverage and integration test coverage.
Role Requirements
- Hand-on expertise on AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Cordova, Ionic OR
- Hand-on expertise on Native iOS or Native Android
- Deep Understanding and Knowledge about JSON, SOAP, REST, and Microservices.
- Worked with Git, Jenkins, Docker, Familiar with AppStore Management.
- Knowledge about Bit.Dev, GraphQL
- Good to have an AWS Cloud Certification, and experience with React Native.
