We are looking for Solution Architect, Solution Engineering who will work in partnership with other groups within Western Union, such as Sales, FIU, GMI, GSI, and Fraud & Global Consumer Protection.

In this unique role, you will be working as Solution Architect, you will be responsible to develop and maintain system architecture strategy and roadmaps, working with engineering partners and business stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead a Team and own on-time Technical Delivery for the Projects assigned, with high quality.
• Develop and implement new software, maintain and improve existing software
• Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a with a focus on code optimization and organization
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams
• Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure
• Provide coaching and mentoring to Sr. Associates, Associates, and Junior Associates
• Works independently on complex projects
• Apply Agile methodology daily and follow Definition of Done (DoD) process for better quality by maintaining unit test , code coverage and integration test coverage.

Role Requirements

• Hand-on expertise on React Native, Native iOS or Native Android
• Deep Understanding and Knowledge about JSON, SOAP, REST, and Microservices.
• Worked with Git, Jenkins, Docker, Familiar with AppStore Management.
• Knowledge about Bit.Dev, GraphQL
• Good to have an AWS Cloud Certification
