Solution Architect - ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management

Roche is using the entire spectrum of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management across Strategic Planning (APM Goals Framework, Investment Funding, Capacity Planning), Enterprise Agile (SAFe, Agile, Digital Portfolio Management), Project Portfolio Management (all modules of PPM including Demand Management & Resource Management). As a Solution Architect, you would be responsible for the long-term architecture and health of these solutions across a number of internal organizations.

Your opportunity:

  • Design solutions according to enterprise standards

  • Architecture review of currently existing solutions to ensure continuous improvement

  • Research, evaluation, proof of concepts and adoption of new technologies

  • Design non-functional requirements and implementation review to identify gaps between design and code

  • Develop architectural strategy and roadmaps

  • Seek opportunities to create additional value and improve business processes

  • Experience in architecting, building, maintaining, and operating enterprise-grade systems/applications

Who you are:

  • Attained Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience

  • Have at least 7 years of relevant experience (software development, integration, architecture design)

  • Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the following areas/technologies:

    • ServiceNow (especially PPM, APM, Agile, SAFe, ITFM, SPM)

    • SaaS products, platforms

    • Integration with other systems (e.g. SAP)

  • Experience working in agile teams (e.g. SAFe/Scrum)

  • Experience operating in regulated environments is a plus

  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire

  • Analytical, logical problem-resolution skills

  • Experience in working in a multicultural and international environment
