Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Technical Lead Software, you will be a major actor in full-stack software development phases.
In detail :

Software engineering, modeling, object oriented principles, design patterns and best practices deployment across all phases of software development.

Ensure software development (analysis, specification, code, test implementation, integration, validation and verification) according to :

Requirement (HLR, LLR), Software development from software requirements as per standard.

Peer review.
-
Regression, unit, integration testing.
-
Debugging and resolving complex problems by using Tests Benches and tools.

Ensure quality deliveries.
-

Focus on timely delivery with quality and cost.

Participate in an AGILE team involved in the development.

Apply and comply with the configuration management process.

Cascade trustable information to the key stakeholders.

Comply with organizational policies.

Mentoring the team in technical skill.
Mandatory Skills:

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Should have overall 8 to 14 years engineering experiences in full-stack software development (especially in middle and front end).

Candidate should be strong in Linux and RTOS.

Candidate should be strong in writing HLR/LLR (UML) and Code.

Candidate should be strong in Python & C++ programming languages.

Candidate should be strong in object-oriented programming & design patterns.

Candidate should be strong in measurement devices control/command (optronic & microwave measurements).

Candidate should be strong in product/end to end automation tests.

Good experience in User eXperience Design, User interface development & Web technologies.

Good experience in DevSecOps toolchain (using JIRA, GITLAB, SONARQUBE and ARTIFACTORY).

Knowledge on software process and standards.

Experience in working with multi domain non collocated team.
