POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

We are looking for an experienced Software Specialist to join our North America Customer Success team to support, demonstration, and training of all NedGraphics Software, with heavy focus on fabric analysis and project management for high-end client presentations and trainings. This role will primarily be focused on the Design (fashion and print) segment. 

Location: Mid-town Manhattan, NYC (Hybrid) 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Help Desk / Technical Support
  • Assist and check-in with customers regularly to ensure customer success and retention 
  • Demonstration of all NedGraphics Software 
  • Onboard and train NedGraphics software for new and existing customers 
  • Fabric Analysis and Project for high-end client presentations and trainings 
  • Test and validate new software features and releases 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • A professional CAD specialist who has knowledge of textiles and apparel. Proficiency in textile design software and/or Adobe Design Suite a plus 
  • Outgoing and energetic personality 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of knitting, print design, and woven fabric design
  • Fabric analysis for knit and weave structures
  • Comfortable presenting to small or large groups 
  • Must be organized, flexible, and motivated 
  • Project management skills and results oriented
  • Fast learner encompassing a wide range of software
  • Excellent troubleshooting and presentation skills 
  • Prior experience in textile, apparel, home furnishings, or related industries is a plus. Prior experience in CAD software is a plus.
  • CAD software experience 
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision. 
  • Ability to report on deals and pipe and to forecast effectively. Working knowledge of HubSpot a plus. 
  • Technical problem-solving expertise
  • Travel Required
