Summary:
DFIN is seeking a Software Services Data Analyst (individual contributor) responsible for gathering and programmatically analyzing data from disparate systems and producing insights to solve business problems for Software Services.
Responsibilities:
• With guidance from Support Operations Engineering and the Director of Support Operations, create data workflows and visualizations to analyze and predict client and KPI trends. • Identify revenue and cost-saving opportunities through systematic data analysis.• Work with stakeholders to streamline and automate existing data workflows. • Ingest and programmatically analyze data from multiple sources, including Salesforce, Zendesk, Skilljar, Certinia, and others. • Work within organization and cross-functionality to establish and adhere to Data Governance strategy and best-practices. • Visualize data using Power BI. • Establish technical and business validation rules to cleanse data. • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data-related field. • Experience programmatically analyzing large data sets. • Competence with programmatic data analysis software, such as Python, R, or similar. • 1-3yrs in client-facing support or pro services roles
Preferred Skills:
• Track record of delivering and communicating ROI related to data-driven initiatives. • Strong visual communication skills.• Ability to draw correlations between dissimilar datasets to create actionable insights.
