Job Summary

We are seeking Software Product Manager with experience in ERP software product domain to lead our product vision, strategy, and execution within our various domains.  This role is pivotal in driving innovative software solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, efficient team collaboration, and customer satisfaction. As a Product Manager, you will manage cross-functional teams, including offshore teams in India and the Philippines, and play a key role in delivering high-quality software features and product maintenance. Provides assessments, evaluations, coordinating, and integrating the various stages of the product lifecycle, from conceptualization through execution.

 This role is integral to the ongoing success and retention of the customers with iRely. This includes four key areas: Product development, Product quality and support, Continuous improvement, and Industry and domain

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee ERP software implementation projects at client sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering ERP implementations on time, within scope, and on budget.  Cross collaboration with Implementation teams located in India and Philippines.

• This position is full-time on site at our Irving TX office - candidates must be local to the Dallas /Fort Worth area.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and risk assessments, to ensure successful ERP implementation.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Technical Leadership: Collaborate with technical teams to configure, customize, and integrate ERP systems according to client requirements, ensuring seamless implementation.
• Scope & Change Management: Define project scope, monitor deliverables, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and client stakeholders, to achieve project goals.
• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, control costs, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and promptly address challenges to minimize project disruptions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5 to 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on ERP software implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters, MBA preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and data migration. Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and system integrations is a plus.
• Project Management Skills: Requires leadership on Projects, Developing Project Plans, Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello). Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Travel: Willingness to travel 50% + to client sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
• Experience in managing multi-site ERP implementations.
• Familiarity with change management and end-user training processes.
• Experience in Agriculture, Retail, Petroleum, Commodity industries a plus.
