You Are the Leader:
- Actively participate in engineering tasks and projects by writing code, contributing to the overall deliverables
- Perform code-reviews to identify potential issues or alternative solutions
- Delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and quarterly goals
- Take part in designing, scoping and maintaining features and components
- Manage the product backlog with the help of the Product Owners
- Determine project requirements and developing work schedules for the team

- Possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to deliver quality timely outcomes

What Makes You Stand Out:
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of 5-10 people
- 5+ years of experience in a front-end development role
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript & React
- Extensive understanding of architectural styles and design patterns
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Superior interpersonal communication skills
Desired (but not essential):
- Experience in developing mobile applications
- Experience in FinTech
- Experience with decentralized IT and distributed systems
- A good understanding of the blockchain technology and the digital assets space
- Passion for innovation and disruption in the blockchain ecosystem
