Job Description
DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Design, develop and implement software solutions. Solve business problems through innovation and engineering practices. Involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards into application design specifications, documenting application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, and developing or enhancing software application modules. Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues. Taking part in managing Oracle HCM implementations and supporting integrations with applications, along with providing ongoing support for production-released modules. Configure security features within the Oracle HCM product, managing reporting and role provisioning, resolving role and access issues, and continually enhancing development and integration processes. Responsible for crafting functional and technical designs and documentation for Oracle HCM data conversions, interfaces, and customized reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or in a related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, HR Operations Manager, Software Developer, IT Consultant or in a related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience in the following: Rest API; Kafka; JavaScript; HTML; XML; Data analysis and engineering, utilizing analytics tools such as SQL, PLSQL or Python; Managing projects using tools like MS Project, JIRA, Asana, and collaboration platforms such as Airtable and Trello; Cloud services such as Oracle HCM and AWS and security protocols; Software as a Service (SaaS) and agile methodologies; Advanced statistical techniques and developing risk and valuation models; Leveraging AI and machine learning for business decisions; Optimizing processes and assessing risks and controls with IAM (Identify and Access Management) space; and, Video conferencing and remote meeting software such as Zoom, Google Meet, GoToMeeting, and Microsoft Teams.

Full-Time. Salary: $180,500 - $215,000 per year.
