Software Engineer (RPA, C#, ASP.NET, SQL, Tech Operations)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Software Engineer with medium-level expertise in C#, ASP.NET, SQL, RPA, and Tech Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a team player with strong communication skills, capable of working across global teams to develop and maintain software solutions and automation systems, while actively contributing to technology operations.
A key focus of this role is monitoring system performance, proactively identifying potential inefficiencies, and implementing automation opportunities to enhance system reliability and reduce manual efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor system performance to identify trends, prevent failures, and ensure optimal uptime.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to optimize workflows and minimize manual intervention.
- Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Design, develop, and deploy new RPA automations to improve business processes.
- Work with cross-functional global teams to seamlessly integrate RPA and software solutions.
- Develop and optimize software applications using C#, ASP.NET, and SQL.
- Troubleshoot and resolve RPA-related technical issues, implementing fixes and improvements.
- Support Tech Operations, including system monitoring, incident handling, and infrastructure support.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, automation process improvements, and technical discussions.
- Support deployment activities, ensure system stability, and assist with troubleshooting production environments.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Medium-level proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, SQL, RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar).
- Experience in system monitoring, analyzing logs, and proactively identifying potential issues.
- Experience in Tech Operations, handling software infrastructure, monitoring systems, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Ability to quickly identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
- Experience working in collaborative and global team environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies, including advancements in RPA and Tech Operations.
- Strong commitment to integrity, dedication, and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, etc.).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and version control tools such as Git.
- Experience in API development and integration.
- Knowledge of automation tools for monitoring and alerting (e.g., Splunk, Prometheus, ELK Stack).
