Software Engineer

Belay Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer to join our intel team. The Software Engineer needs to support design, development, and documentation of Authorization Services. Primary functions will include Java Development for tools that support Attributes and Authorization Decisions.  These tools will involve integration with an LDAP directory, an ORACLE database, and an ELK stack. Must be able to work in a collaborative environment.  Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Candidates should have the following qualifications: 

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
• Experience developing software and systems in Java (J2EE)
• Experience with any of the following:
  • Cloudera
  • Kibana
  • ELK Stack
  • OViD
  • Oracle
  • NiFi
  • Radiant Logic
  • LDAP
  • PKI technologies (including RSA, SSL, and certificates for example)
  • Web services using REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Familiarity with coding and documentation standards and best practices, and with source control systems (e.g. SVN/GIT)
• Experience with Tasking/Ticketing systems such as Redmine/Jira.
• Ability to clearly and professionally communicate ideas and status updates to peers and management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, on schedule, and with minimal supervision, when multiple projects are being developed simultaneously

Level 2 Salary Range: $70,000 to $190,000
