Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, integrate, test, and debug prototype software for slot machines.

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of platform hardware, libraries, and operating systems.

  • Provide insights to hardware teams regarding performance and cost considerations.

  • Effectively communicate technical requirements with team members and stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Maintain and share knowledge of internal systems while offering feedback on platform and tool improvements.

  • Create and update documentation for new features, interfaces, and software usage.

  • Contribute to internal development tools and engineering support initiatives.

  • Stay current with emerging programming methodologies and technologies.

Qualifications

Experience & Training:

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in software development.

  • Background in 2D/3D graphics programming (Unity experience preferred).

  • Gaming industry experience is a plus but not required.

  • Experience with embedded systems is a bonus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in C# or C++ with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming.

  • Familiarity with Python is a plus.

  • Comfortable using development tools such as IDEs, compilers, debuggers, profilers, and version control systems.

  • Experience working in a Windows development environment (Unity, Visual Studio).

  • Exposure to Linux environments is beneficial.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

  • Passion for creativity and innovation in game development.
