- Design, test, and deploy automation solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies.
- Monitor and maintain automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and address any issues that arise.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of automation solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Chatbot Platforms
- Conversational AI

Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in automation or related fields are a plus.
