Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are best achieved by:

Work directly with Developers, QA Engineers, Product Managers and Customer Support teams in identifying and primarily to ensure building testable and automatable components.
Participate in an Agile team focused on developing automated testing solutions and own the area.
Participate in daily scrum meetings and lead all the QA sprint members in different test phases.
Strong attention to detail, Quick learning, analytical skills, and problem-solving expertise
Build manual functional/API/Test coverage, Test Summary & Requirement traceability reports

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

3 to 5 Years of total work experience.
Knowledge of software development, design patterns, release process, test methodologies
Exposure with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, or similar)
Exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, JAVA, Python)
Good Knowledge on Salesforce health cloud Service, Administration, Sales Cloud & Data Migration Testing with Package Validation.
Good hands-on knowledge of Web based application functional/Database/API/User interface testing.
Experience developing and executing Salesforce functional and integration tests.
Experience maintaining a Salesforce manual regression test library and sound knowledge of Salesforce Health cloud.
Knowledge of Custom Objects and Tabs, Email services, Security Controls, AppExchange Package & Custom Application, Sandbox data loading.
Proficient with Rest and SOAP API testing (Postman, Rest Sharp, or REST-assured, SOAPUI) and DB quires writing and testing tables and views
Good understanding of database and should be able to write the SQL queries
Familiar with Builds and Continuous Integration (Jenkins)
Ability and willingness to work from 3 PM to 12 AM IST

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
