About the Team
Our Product and Technology teams are the Worldpayers behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we’re best known for. Striving for better, they never stand still — delivering impactful innovations that power transactions across the world.
The CDD (customer due diligence), Risk and Compliance Technology team focuses on leveraging advanced tools and technologies to ensure regulatory compliance, manage risks and prevent financial crimes like money Laundering and Fraud.
About the Role
The Software Engineer Specialist – Actimize will lead the design and architecture of Actimize solutions for financial crime, risk management and fraud detection and provide technical leadership and guidance to the development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
What you will own
• Oversee the implementation of Actimize solutions, including the integration of data sources, customization of detection scenarios, and configuration of the rule engine.
• Ensure robust data integration and management practices, facilitating the ingestion and processing of large volumes of data from various sources.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Actimize solutions, addressing any issues related to scalability, latency, and efficiency.
• Ensure solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements, providing necessary documentation and support for audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Work closely with business analysts, compliance officers, IT teams and Actimize Vendor resources to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Provide training and support to users and development teams on Actimize tools and best practices
What you bring
• Minimum of 10 + years of Software Development with 8+ years of experience working with NICE Actimize solutions.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Actimize solutions.
• Strong background in financial crime risk management and fraud detection
• Proficiency in Actimize ActOne, WLF/WLX, SAM Module

Experience working on RCM configuration for Roles/Group/Permissions

Experience with WLF configuration, Screening parameters, Impact, and Tuning capabilities

Experience/Having knowledge about Actimize QA Module with Sampling and scoring functions
• Strong knowledge of data integration tools and techniques, including ETL processes.
• Experience with SQL, Java, and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and platforms.
• Excellent soft skills: problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability work independently and as part of a team with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Actimize certification or related certifications in financial crime risk management are a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in financial services.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum development methodologies

The pay range for this full-time position is $123,810.00 - $207,980.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
