Job Description
The Application Developer Sr Consultant II fills a role that requires focus, accuracy, and working with a large array of technologies and processes. The candidate will be actively engaged daily, motivated, and have the desire to enrich their skill set. The candidate will be in a fast-paced role and develop code for complex C# applications, advanced SQL Server Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Query optimization, participate in creating applications as well as architecting and automating multi-threaded C# solutions, design reviews, conduct code reviews, test new implementations, and resolve unintended data anomalies. The Sr Consultant II designs, documents, reviews, and maintains components of software solutions for complex projects. Under limited supervision, the Sr. Consultant II works closely with business partners to identify needs and design technology solutions to overcome process bottlenecks, maximize performance, participate in risk management, and generally increase operational efficiency. We are often required to deliver tactical solutions that can be implemented ASAP. They are responsible for all phases of the application development cycle; beginning with requirements gathering, through the release, and ultimately continue providing ongoing internal and external user support.
Key Responsibilities
· Practices daily paired programming and test-driven development in writing software and building product.
· Implement solutions across a wide range of business applications that meet and/or exceed requirements and enhance efficiency.
· Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
· Provides input into the architecture and design of multiple products.
· Collaborate with multiple teams in solving problems with expedience and excellence.
· After training, becomes a subject matter expert for the applications and systems.
· Demonstrates expertise and accountability on multiple technology stacks.
· Provides support for software products in user environments.
· Participates in executing the strategy, keeping the customer needs and wants in mind.
· Participates in retrospectives to gather feedback and derive actionable items to improve the team and the product.
· Participates in regular work and planning sessions in dynamic Agile environment.
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred).
Experience
• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred).
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Compensation
Base compensation offered for this role is $85,600 -$134,620 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
