Main Responsabilities

• Convert business requirements into high-quality solutions in Microsoft tools and technologies.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders to continually demonstrate, refine, and improve product offering
• Collaborate, engage, and inspire teams to identify areas of opportunity for continual innovation
• Create and maintain necessary documentation, as directed, or needed
• Follow industry-standard agile software design methodology for development and documentation
• Participate in team Scrum events (e.g., daily stand-up, refinement, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint demos)
• Mentor other software engineers on the team

What Skills You Need

• 2+ Years of experience in design, develop, and test desktop and web applications and APIs using Microsoft technologies.
• 2+ Years of experience in developing cloud-based Web Apps, cloud services using Microsoft Azure platform.
• 2+ years of experience in Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• 2+ Years of experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell.
• 1+ years of varied database experience (e.g. MS SQL, DB2, Oracle).
• 1+ years working in an Agile software environment.
• Problem solving with an open and innovative mindset.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to collaborate with colleagues from diverse cultural and technical backgrounds.
• Hands on Experience with DevOps principles and lean development such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (ADO, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.).
• Proven experience or certification in Microsoft Azure.
• Prior experience and working knowledge of Azure development including Function and Logic apps.
• Proven experience developing integrative applications for Microsoft Dynamics (ERP and/or CRM).
• Working understanding design patterns and loosely coupled architectures.
• Strong desire to learn and develop skills in new technologies.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field (4 years or equivalent).
