Bosch Rexroth Corporation seeks Software Engineer - IoT (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 8 Southchase Court, Fountain Inn, SC 29644. Responsible for IoT development and applications in North America. Technically support sales for acquiring, developing, and securing projects related to connectivity and IoT. Technical support means support defining the project concept, specify the hardware and communication protocols, define project scope and how the solution could be developed and applied to solve project requirements. Provide training and should be an expert at BODAS Connect portfolio which includes Rexroth Connectivity Control Unities (CCU), Bodas Device Portal, Bodas Insight Portal, and several different apps/widgets. Develop custom apps to fulfil specific customer requirements that standard BODAS Connect solutions are not covering. Custom app development involves a complete engineering process, with requirements documentation, software development, verification, and validation. Manage custom app repositories and setup remote deployment of those apps to customer hardware and system. REQS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, plus 3 years of experience as a Software Tools Engineer, IoT Software Engineer, or other occupation involving Embedded Controls and Cloud Services. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) C, C++, C#, Python, Mongo DB, or Golang; (2) CAN, CAN-FD, GSM (4G/LTE), GPRS, or GNSS; (3) SAE J1939, ISO 11783, or IEEE802.1; and (4) Linux OS, CANalyzer, CANape, Azure, or Matlab.
