Tower Research Capital, a high-frequency proprietary trading firm founded in 1998, seeks an Associate to join our Central Finance Team in Gurgaon.
Responsibilities:
- Strengthening and maintaining Tower's security referential infrastructure to address trading and back-office needs
- Taking end-to-end ownership: development, testing, release and support
- Being a subject matter expert, functionally and technically, to deliver security referential data needs for Tower's global trading footprint
- Interacting with trading teams and users to handle issues
Qualifications : - The ideal candidate will have:Brilliant problem-solving abilities
- Solid background in data structures and algorithms
- Programming expertise in one or more of the following languages - C++, Rust, Python
- Good breadth of knowledge in widely used industry technologies, including Python, Bash and databases
- Clear understanding of computer architecture fundamentals
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of Relational databases is a plus
