The annual base salary for this position ranges from $82,900.00 in our lowest geographic market to $185,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The successful candidate is a software engineer with excellent communication and partnership skills with the ability to multitask, innovate and challenge conventional thinking.
 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will be involved in building secure, highly scalable and innovative Salesforce services in a continuous delivery model. This role will partner with leads and architects to deliver services that are robust, architecturally sound, easily maintainable and highly scalable for various Nike omni-channel service cloud experiences. Focus areas include consumer experience, case management and CRM.
 

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work with a team of engineers, scrum masters and product owners to envision and deliver innovative, detailed solutions that enable Nike, Inc.’s products and services to reach millions of consumers through the Nike brand.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical subject area or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Service Cloud Development Experience with strong technical capabilities in Apex, Lightning Web Components
  • Strong experience and understanding of Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and hands-on knowledge on writing custom web services.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce design principles, technically scalable data modeling, Governor limits, Force.com development standard methodologies.
  • Proven experience with DevOps best-practices and tools such as Jenkins, Git, SFDX, etc.
  • Observability and Monitoring experience - utilizing tools like Splunk, SignalFX, and other monitoring and logging platforms to assist in incident response and minimizing system downtime.
  • Salesforce Admin Skills and Familiarity – declarative automation tools.
  • Experience in delivering software in the Agile Environment.
  • Maintain Salesforce Development Standards and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to successfully connect with both business and technical teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • A "self-starter" individual who takes an initiative and is highly motivated to work independently, demonstrate proactivity, and achieve goals without constant supervision.
  • Expected to provide technical troubleshooting and product support daily.
  • Dedication to and hands-on experience in performing technical code reviews.
