About the Team/Role
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Kubernetes, GitOps, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, and Docker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for containerizing all technology applications and ensuring seamless integration and deployment across our infrastructure.

Provide strong technical guidance and leadership in DevOps practices.

Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes clusters for scalable application deployment.

Utilize GitOps methodologies for continuous delivery and operational efficiency.

Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Argo CD.

Service mesh implementation using Istio.

Containerize applications using Docker to ensure consistency across different environments.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to deliver services quickly and efficiently.

Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.
Experience you’ll bring

Proven experience in Kubernetes, GitOps, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, and Docker.

Strong background in containerizing technology applications.

Demonstrated ability to deliver services quickly without compromising quality.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Strong communication skills and the ability to provide technical guidance to team members.

Prior experience in a similar role is essential.

Monitoring and Logging: Implement and manage comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions to ensure proactive issue detection and resolution.

Debugging and Troubleshooting: Utilize advanced debugging and troubleshooting skills to address complex issues across the infrastructure and application stack.
