Job Title: Software Developer
Description: Will perform the following:
- Perform customization and configuration of ServiceNow applications, to create custom UI actions, business rules, client scripts, and server-side scripts
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, utilizing APIs and middleware
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, coding standards, and deployment procedures
- Develop and enhance workflow processes, utilizing ServiceNow Workflow Editor, Flow Designer, and custom scripting to automate routine tasks, streamline approvals, and improve overall service delivery.
