Job Description
- You develop software applications following our operating model while ensuring compliance with coding and architectural standards
- You actively collaborate with the team on software development tasks, project planning and risk assessments
- You conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards
- You perform thorough testing of developed software to identify and resolve issues
- You create and maintain technical and functional documentation for developed solutions
- You analyze and design specifications for software solutions while contributing to new product ideas
- You stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance your technical expertise
- You take ownership of your tasks, define your assignments and build a strong technical knowledge base within your domain
Qualifications
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- You bring 0-3 years of professional software development experience and are proficient in Agile methodologies
- You have solid programming skills, understand software design principles and you can estimate software development tasks
- You are experienced with version control systems and have knowledge of software prototyping and design
- You think innovatively, analyze problems effectively and apply structured problem-solving approaches
- You communicate clearly, collaborate well within teams and foster an inclusive work environment
- You are curious, eager to learn and continuously expand your technical expertise
