Java Developer Medical Imaging (m/f/d) - Home office possible

You will be part of our effort to create the next generation of information and workflow solutions for our Diagnostic Imaging portfolio. 
 

Your new role: 

• Contribution as software developer for our market leading Java client application for radiology
• Development of new features & product stabilization and providing respective technical documentation
• Increase the test coverage by extending our automated testing suite
• Tight collaboration with peer developers, architects, and other stakeholders
• Gaining in-depth knowledge about medical imaging and general standards (DICOM etc.)
• Be a team player in our motivated and open-minded scrum team!

Your skills: 

• University degree in computer science (or related degree) and/or equivalent work experience 
• Extensive experience with Java and UI development
• Preferably experience in Swing, Eclipse/Equinox, Github CI/CD
• A plus is experience in Javascript based web development (Angular, TypeScript) and CI/CD technologies
• Image processing affinity is very welcome.
• Would be awesome: Knowledge of DICOM and other medical standards

• Java (latest), Swing/OSGi
• Kubernetes, Helm, GitHub Workflows, SonarCloud, Azure
• Scrum, JIRA, Confluence

For Austria only: The minimum salary for this position is € 42.224 gross per year (38.5 working hours) according to the IT-collective agreement in Austria, an overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us.
