FactSet is seeking a skillful Software Engineer to join the Risk model services team who is responsible for managing the risk models at FactSet. These models are used by FactSet Risk engine that calculates core investment analytics. The engineer will be participating in the entire software development life cycle, from planning, analysis and design to implementation, testing and management of production services. Our current projects target building of highly performant services that can process and deliver terabytes of structured data as part of our mission critical systems.

Requirements:
• Strong analytical mindset
• Quick learner with a natural curiosity
• Desire to solve challenging problems using pragmatic approaches
• Fluent English verbal and excellent written communication skills
• 3+ years of coding experience in a major programming language

• C++ proficiency
• Experience with large distributed systems
