- Engage actively with followers, respond to comments, and foster positive conversations across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead to develop impactful content while maintaining a consistent and authentic brand voice across all channels
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Address negative feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved effectively to maintain a positive online presence
Basic Qualifications:
- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Easy to work with
- Sense of urgency
- Proven experience in Social Media, Personal Branding, Creator Economy, PR, Online Support, or a similar role in a social media-focused environment
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the creator economy
- A keen eye for detail and an interest in both copywriting and design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages like German, Italian, French, or Spanish is a plus
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Passionate about building and nurturing online communities, with a dynamic and creative mindset focused on social media and brand growth
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and resilience in challenging situations, with a flexible and positive problem-solving approach
- Experience in the software or tech industry is a plus
