The purpose of this role is to be responsible for daily moderation of all messages on the message boards, chat rooms and/or messaging applications. Checking for inappropriate content and modifying and/or deleting messages that are in breach of the moderation guidelines.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Social Media Manager with strong leadership and strategic skills to manage both an internal social media team (5 people) and client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Team & Project Management:

Lead and manage part of the social media team, including content creators, designers, and community managers.

Assign tasks, set deadlines, and oversee project execution to ensure high-quality output.

Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to team members to enhance performance.

Optimize workflows to increase efficiency and creativity within the team.

Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices across the team.
Client Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.

Develop and present social media strategies, campaign plans, and performance reports to clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their goals are met through our digital efforts.

Handle crisis management and reputation control for clients when necessary.

Collaborate with both, internal and external, departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Skills and Abilities:

Proven experience in a leadership role within social media, marketing, or digital communications.
