In this role, you’ll take full ownership of our social media presence, ensuring every post, campaign, and interaction aligns with our brand. From strategy to execution, you’ll handle everything social-related, working closely with stakeholders as Field-, Product-, and Performance Marketers, to deliver measurable results. Your mission? Grow our audience. You’ll maintain high engagement rates, experiment with new formats, and identify and engage with ambassadors who resonate with our brand.
What you’ll do

Develop & Execute Strategy: Create a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals, uncovering opportunities across platforms.

Content Creation & Planning: Write, design, and produce high-quality, platform-tailored content while managing a social media content calendar.

Platform Expertise: Stay ahead of trends, test new formats, and optimize content based on performance data and industry shifts.

Audience Growth & Engagement: Drive audience expansion, maintain engagement rates, and build relationships with ambassadors and key influencers.

Customer Advocacy: Leverage feedback to refine strategy, collaborate with Customer Success to engage customers, and launch initiatives like a customer forum.

Reporting & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance to continuously optimize content and engagement tactics.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and other teams to align social media efforts with company goals.
What you’ll bring

Previous experience as a Social Media Manager

Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Organizational and project management skills.

Proven digital savviness and a proactive approach to staying ahead of trends.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; English fluency required. Dutch, Flemish, French, or German is a plus.
