About the Role:

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing social media strategy, content, and execution across multiple platforms, ensuring we maintain a strong, engaging, and thought-provoking presence. You will own the social media calendar, stakeholder feedback process, and personal social media strategy for key tech executives, balancing corporate storytelling with real-time engagement. 

This is not just about scheduling posts—it's about understanding the nuances of audience engagement, positioning our brand in conversations that matter, and making technical topics compelling for a broad business audience. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic social media plan that aligns with brand, growth, and executive communication goals. 
  • Write social media posts in the chosen tone of voice. 
  • Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistency, relevance, and engagement across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. 
  • Manage key executives' social media accounts, helping craft their brand narratives and increasing their influence within the industry. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (brand, content, growth, leadership) to gather insights, manage feedback, and fine-tune messaging. 
  • Monitor industry trends and conversations to proactively position our brand and leadership in relevant discussions. 
  • Analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize content, audience reach, and engagement. 
  • Engage with the community, responding to comments, initiating conversations, and managing reputation across platforms. 
  • Manage social media crisis situations, ensuring the company's voice is consistent, professional, and aligned with brand values. 

Who You Are:

  • A strategic and creative thinker who understands the nuances of social media in a B2B and enterprise tech context. 
  • An excellent communicator in English and Spanish, able to write, edit, and adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms. 
  • Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders' feedback and aligning social strategies with brand positioning. 
  • Skilled at personal branding for tech executives, knowing how to craft resonating thought leadership content. 
  • Organized and proactive in managing content calendars, ensuring consistency and timely execution. 
  • Comfortable with analyzing social media data and insights and adjusting strategies based on performance. 
  • Knowledgeable about trends, algorithms, and best practices across LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or communications within a marketing team. 
  • Prior experience working in B2B, enterprise, or technology-focused brands
  • Experience managing personal social media for executives or leadership teams
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, paid campaigns, and engagement strategies. 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
