You are a dynamic, strategic social media professional with a passion for driving engagement and creating meaningful connections. You’re both a creative thinker and a hands-on executor who knows how to bring a brand’s voice to life across social platforms. You thrive in the fast-paced world of social media, balancing the art of storytelling with data-driven strategies to build community and elevate brand presence. Your experience managing social channels, especially TikTok, gives you the insight to create scroll-stopping content, manage posting schedules, support live and on-set production, and foster genuine connections through timely responses to comments.

- Oversee all tasks following video export, including thumbnails, captions, scheduling, and timing.
- Manage calendar and ensure alignment with partners for optimal posting times.
- Engage with the audience through comments and story posts across platforms.
- Platform Posting Ownership
- Manage all posting and scheduling across:
- TikTok
- YouTube & YouTube Shorts
- Twitter (X)
- Manage all posting and scheduling across:
- TikTok Content Expertise
- Stay updated on trending audio, memes, and formats.
- Create, shoot, and edit original TikTok content.
- Platform-Specific Content Strategy
- Pitch ideas tailored to the unique formats and audiences of each platform.
- On-Set Content Support
- Be available and prepared to travel to assist with on-set content creation alongside partners.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a social media manager
- Prior experience managing social accounts at a CPG Brand
- Familiarity with the Health and Wellness space, nutrition, bio-hacking.
- Experience growing a small brand through social engagement, platform specific outreach.
- Advanced proficiency across social media platforms.
- Excellent understanding of each social platform’s nuances and syntax.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working in the CPG industry, with a strong understanding of CPG social media best practices.
