Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a socially savvy individual who is in tune with the latest trends, detail-oriented, creative and has a passion for building and nurturing online communities. You will be responsible for drafting and executing smart, relevant outbound community engagement initiatives for our clients.

What You Will Do...

  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Finding new social media trends
  • Have fun with trending videos and engage in a way that is authentic to the brand and audience
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

What You Will Need..

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A personal PC/laptop with a working webcam
  • Fluent in English and has excellent communication skills in both written and oral. Additional languages are a plus!
  • A good working home environment with a stable internet connection
  • Must have experience in Community Management
  • Must be well versed with the US culture
  • Any form of experience in Social Media and Customer Service (non-voice) is a plus!
  • The ability to work an 8-hour shift, on a rotating schedule, and be flexible to work on weekends.
