Role Summary:

We’re looking for a passionate and organized Social Media Coordinator to help grow and engage our online community across various platforms. In this role, you will assist the team by creating and scheduling content, monitoring social media channels, engaging with followers, analyzing performance to optimize our digital presence, and assisting with our influencer program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing while contributing to a dynamic and fast-growing company.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions: 

  • Create and publish high-quality content by crafting compelling posts, stories, and videos that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand voice 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain a social media calendar
  • Provide excellent customer service and foster positive brand sentiment through social media interactions including the management of post comments and direct message responses 
  • Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, and use learnings to refine our strategies and improve content performance
  • Assist in the development and management of an influencer marketing strategy

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms, with an emphasis on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Proficiency with design and video editing tools 
  • Strong copywriting and copy editing skills
  • Strong oral and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite preferred)
  • Hospitality or restaurant industry experience is a plus
  • Bonus points for experience with influencer partnerships

Work Environment:

  • The candidate in this position will be located primarily in-person, with an expectation of in-person work at the physical office location in Austin, TX

Salary

  • $60,000-$65,000, DOE
