About the Role  

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of social media marketing experience.

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.

  • Experience with social listening, community management, and influencer marketing.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to set up social metrics, KPI, and  report on social content & campaign performance.

  • In-depth knowledge of cultural trends, communities, and influencers.

Job Description:

  • Lead the planning and execution of social media operations for clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing social media strategies, including setting metrics and KPIs, defining platform strategies, and establishing creative guidelines for social content.

  • Creating briefs for social content and campaign initiatives aligned with business objectives.

  • Liaising with clients on day-to-day social media operations, including marketing calendars, brand campaign alignment, and communication with relevant stakeholders.

  • Managing social media communities and influencer collaborations.

  • Tracking and analyzing social media performance.

  • Staying up-to-date on social media trends, culture, and platform best practices.
