Tombras, a 400+ person, full-service, national advertising agency, is seeking a Social Creative Intern.
Where you’ll be working: Knoxville, TN
What to expect as a Social Creative Intern at Tombras:
Commitment to a 10 week, paid internship, $18 an hour starting on 6.3.25 and ending on 8.8.25 with a maximum of 25 hours per week.
Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Content Creators to develop written and/or designed work for real clients - from calendar needs to full campaigns.
Source trends across social media platforms such as X (Twitter), TikTok, and Instagram Reels to determine which are best for our clients to participate in.
Research audience types as well as competitive brands and assist in creating mood boards, sketches and presentation decks. Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
What you'll be doing:

What you bring:
- Candidates should have prior work or life experience in a relevant field, be currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor’s program, or a recent graduate with a major in Media, Marketing, Advertising, Portfolio School or similar field (a degree is not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- An engaging portfolio that showcases strong design skills, video editing, and/or writing samples.
- Proficiency in Mac OSX, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Illustration experience is a plus.
- You work well as a team player in a flexible, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
