ATCQE Integration Control/PFMEA Engineer (Taichung / Singapore )

Job Description

You are responsible for innovating, and building effective processes and systems for all Micron Assembly Test manufacturing sites worldwide driving Best-in-Class Quality, covering areas such as Control Systems, FMEA, etc.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Innovate and build effective processes and systems for Micron Assembly Test manufacturing sites.
  • Lead the development and improvement of control systems using FMEA-based risk mitigation.
  • Champion control engineering strategies and metrics.
  • Standardize control systems across the network, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts to develop strong quality control specifications and systems.
  • Enforce a Quality Culture mindset and collaborate on Quality initiatives.

 Skills and Experience 

  • Over 5 years of experience in the assembly and test industry, with at least 2 years in assembly packaging process engineering.
  • Proficiency in FMEA and network standardization.
  • Experience with quality tools like 8D, SPC, FDC, QMS, and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and manufacturing software (JMP, SPACE, Tableau).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Education

  • A Bachelor/Master from Mechanical, Material, Chemical or Electrical Engineering

 Travel

  • Required – estimate range from once per quarter to once per year (subject to travel planning and approval, and Covid Consideration & Planning)
