Position: Snowflake and Talend Developer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Snowflake and Talend Developer to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes utilizing Snowflake and Talend technologies. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and optimize performance in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ETL processes using Talend to migrate and transform data for Snowflake.
- Design and optimize Snowflake data warehouses according to best practices.
- Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to gather and define requirements.
- Ensure data quality and security through comprehensive testing and validation procedures.
- Monitor and troubleshoot existing ETL jobs and pipelines, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Document technical specifications, design processes, and data mappings comprehensively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Developer with a strong emphasis on Snowflake and Talend.
- Proficient in ETL concepts and data integration methodologies.
- Experience in building and managing Snowflake environments.
- Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data issues.
- Excellent communication skills with a formal demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
