Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.

  • Strategic Blueprint Design: Lead the strategic design and implementation of blueprints through Control Center, ensuring optimal efficiency and minimal manual intervention.
  • Advanced Dynamic View and Pivot Table Development: Oversee the development of complex Dynamic Views and Pivot Tables, providing guidance and best practices to the team.
  • Data Shuffle Innovation: Spearhead the innovation and enhancement of Data Shuffle processes, driving improvements and efficiencies.
  • Expert Solutions Implementation: Utilize deep expertise in Smartsheet core and advanced applications to develop and implement high-impact solutions that significantly enhance the end user experience.
  • Advanced Metrics and Dashboards: Lead the creation of advanced metrics and dashboards, leveraging sophisticated formulas to provide actionable insights.
  • Leadership in Training and Onboarding: Serve as the senior authority for end user training and new employee onboarding, ensuring comprehensive system administration and troubleshooting support. Work in collaboration with other Smartsheet Customer Success or consulting resources to accomplish these goals.
  • User Experience Optimization: Take ownership of the overall end user experience, implementing strategies to track and enhance efficiency gains through Smartsheet applications.
  • Feature Release Strategy: Lead the review and strategic analysis of new Smartsheet feature releases, developing plans to leverage these features and conducting high-level end user engagement sessions.
  • Global Program Leadership: Act as the global program leader, standardizing and harmonizing Smartsheet practices across all PCI locations, and driving global initiatives.
  • Budget Adherence: Ensure cost-effective use of resources and licensing for budget adherence and spend control.
  • Empowerment and Mentorship: Lead efforts to train and empower Smartsheet users, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and maximizing system utilization.
  • This position may require extra hours and/or weekend work.
  • This position may grow to include direct reports.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.
  • Attendance to work is an essential function of this position
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Location: Remote but preference for EST or CST time zones.

Required:

  • Bacheor's Degree in a related field and/or 7-10 years related experience and/or training.
  • College Level Mathematical Skills
  • Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs.   
  • Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
  • Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in math or diagram form and deal with several abstract/concrete variables.
  • High Standard of Report Writing

Preferred:

  • Candidate will ideally hold Smartsheet Core Product Certification and have a keen interest in continued skills growth.
  • Ability to effectively present information to various people as the job requires.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to display a willingness to make decisions.
  • Ability to set and achieve challenging goals.
