This is an on-site role based in Massillon, OH, and it is not a remote position. 
A Data Center Site Manager oversees the daily operations of the Data Center. The Site Manager will be responsible for a wide array of things with some examples being budgets, developing best practices, and helping to ensure that the Data Center is operating efficiently and in compliance. The Site Manager will have direct reports from departments like site security, electricians, and facilities. Site Manager needs to be able to collaborate with and work in coordination with other supporting function team members or third parties as well, such as Project Management, Electrical Engineers, and Construction to name a few. Work Environment and Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may sometimes be exposed to heat, cold, noise, and vibrations. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The exposure will not be constant, but could occupy a large amount of a person’s time during the day while on-site. Safety & Noise reduction equipment will be provided by the company. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
