An opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager based at the Elanco Energy Centre, Speke, Liverpool. This is a static position with direct reporting to the regional Contracts Manager along with daily interfacing with the client Utilities Management team. The role will have the responsibility of effectively managing a 5 man shift team working a 24hr, 365 day cover shift system, in delivering operational and maintenance activities to the energy centre plant.
The position will be a demanding one and will require a high degree of flexibility but in return will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to develop their career within the Company.

What you'll be doing:
-
Optimising the operation and control of electrical and steam generation plant.
-
Comprehensive Health, Safety & Environmental Management Control
-
Managing Planned Preventive Maintenance activities
-
Developing the application of their operations team.

Planning, prioritising and organising site requirements.
-
Ensuring quality standards are adhered to in line with company and clients requirements.

Energy Management of installation and regular review of run regimes.

Monthly reporting and meeting with client management.
-
Ensuring all contractual deliverables and KPIs are met.

Assisting Veolia Management and Engineering teams in identifying continuous improvement projects.
What we're looking for:
-
Highly motivated, self supervising and flexible in their work patterns

Formally qualified – Minimum of HNC or equivalent in a relevant Engineering discipline

Experienced in the maintenance and management of modern powerplant (gas turbines experience would be a distinct advantage)

Able to undertake a position of responsibility

An excellent communicator at all levels

Computer Literate in Word/Excel/Gmail
