MISSION : The Business Partner Controller who manage, control and guarantee of economic performance to achieve objective.
 -by focusing on and monitoring the economic and financial aspects of strategic and operational decisions.
  -by ensuring compliance with standards.

He/ she is a member of the entity’s Management Team.
He/she is placed under the hierarchical authority of the entity responsible and work by transverse
He/she is work functional transverse with region business partner controller and RM ( Raw Material ) business partner controller.
He/she is individual contributor and works closely with the business support controllers (BSC) who operate within a Shared Service Center.
 

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
•A steering assuring the achievement of the annual progress target, in line with the strategic plan, the initiatives of progress and the available resources
•Current year monitoring through reforecasts, corrective action plan and opportunities.
•Investment project, activity and progress action portfolios are managed with reference to the objectives and stakes in cooperation with the project managers, in particular for the construction of fixed assets.
•Guarantees the application of Group principles within their entity: respect of the financial standards (Internal Control and standards from the Director of Finance and performance departments), guarantees the quality of information flows.
•The position in every respect requires the candidate to act as a business partner.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting field of an industrial based company

  • Strong Experience in cost management, internal controls assessment, forecasting and reporting

  • Experience in improving business processes, planning and budgeting

  • Ability to evaluates organizational cost profitability management processes to ensure related operational activities support business objectives and value creation proposition

  • Proactively conducts ongoing risk analysis, recognizing strategic opportunities for success as well as potential risks. Adjusts strategies to address opportunities as well as potential risks

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to empower and influence others

  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders with different levels in the organization

  • Strong analytical skill , able to integrates information from diverse sources, often involving large amounts of information.

  • Native speakers of Thai with English fluency
