As our Site Account Representative, you will be part of a high skilled team and will be responsible to provide technical/commercial support to our customers on their sites.
About Professional Services Team
You will join the Brazil professional services team. Our department is responsible to deliver first class services/support 24/7. By joining us you will have the opportunity to develop your commercial/technical/personnel skills on diversified and challenging opportunities.
Your responsibilities
-
Be 100% of the time inside a customer site located in Conceição do Mato Dentro MG or Paracatu MG.

Provides technical and commercial support to our customers onsite to support and push sales of parts and services of all FLS equipment types such as HPGRs, thickeners, flotation cells, filters, crushers, sizers or related machines.

Provide technical and commercial support to customers and FLSmidth sales and our backoffice team.

Research, evaluate and recommend new products, parts, upgrades and services that will meet customer needs.

Oversee the sales process from proposal till final delivery on the agreed time.

Oversee the proper resolution of warranties and conflicts to FLS and our customers.

Develops on-going relationships with customers to secure future business.

Elaboration of technical field reports and documents.

Elaboration of field administrative reports and documents.

Update CRM and other tools to control and uplift sales.

Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including all who may be affected by the company’s operational activities.

Responsibilities may include working independently with limited supervision.
What you bring
-
Degree or technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering and or related fields.

Solid commercial and technical experience working with parts and maintenance of mining equipment such as HPGRs, thickeners, flotation cells, filters, crushers, sizers or related machines.

Advanced English skills and knowledge of the Spanish language is desirable.

Availability to travel when required.

Good Interpersonal relationship.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office, MS project, Outlook, CRM.
