As a SimCorp Dimension Application Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and evolving solutions in SimCorp Dimension to meet stakeholder requirements. Your role will also involve ensuring the system’s availability and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of system knowledge and a good understanding of operational processes in the asset management domain. This position offers ample opportunities for professional growth and expertise development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing functional and technical support for SimCorp Dimension and SWIFT.
- Solve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement controls to prevent recurrence.
- Implement necessary changes and process improvements in SimCorp Dimension.
- Act as a SimCorp/SWIFT SME for Business and IT Infrastructure stakeholders.
- Support patches and upgrades, and lead the yearly SimCorp Dimension upgrade.
- Contribute to testing phases for new versions and changes.
- Identify and analyze core business needs, challenges, and objectives by working closely with stakeholders.
- Ensure requirements are well-documented and aligned with business goals.
- Help design and validate solutions that meet business needs.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide training sessions, create user manuals, and offer ongoing support to help users adapt to changes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring innovative solutions to the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SimCorp Dimension.
- Good understanding of the Accounting module.
- Functional knowledge in Asset Management.
- Strong analytical skills to identify core requirements and place them within the context of the overall solution.
- Familiarity with integration processes.
- Knowledge of SWIFT (Alliance Lite2 connection).
- Sense of accountability and excellent communication skills, including advising, coaching, and presenting.
- High level of initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing expectations and challenges.
- Familiarity with agile ways of working.
- Strong team player attitude + good sense of humor
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Experience working in global teams.
