SMX is seeking SIGINT Systems Operator to support all available Intelligence and Information sources and platforms (National, Operational, Tactical) including collation requirement validation, auditing (Asset Availability, Tasking, scheduling) as directed within the INDOPACOM AOR. 

This is a 90/90 deployment role located in the Philippines.

This position requires a DoD Top Secret SCI clearance which requires US citizenship for work on a DoD contract.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the collection, analysis, and evaluation of geo-fused products and services
  • Strong quantitative and analytic abilities to integrate and analyze data, solve problems, and effectively communicate results to senior leaders and decision makers
  • Study, evaluate, interpret, and report all sensor data to include spatial data
  • Utilize all data provided by the sensors and other databases to identify nefarious terrorism and maritime activities
  • Fuse multidiscipline sources to provide accurate and timely geospatial analysis
  • Provide analysis and assessments of all available data to deliver actionable products
  • Apply expertise in operations, intelligence, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and collections to enhance the client mission
  • Succinctly incorporate measures of quality assurance and quality control prior to release of intelligence reporting
  • Provide pre-mission inputs to maximize the mission success of AISR onboard sensor suites
  • Inject aircraft capes into the collection management planning process to help customers maximize capabilities
  • Responsible for managing airborne ISR equipment and related processing systems
  • Report malfunctions and observations
  • Load and off-load classified equipment pre- and post-mission as required
  • Assist in monthly accountability of SI equipment
  • Optimize ISR operations against operational requirements by applying appropriate assets and sensor packages to address coverage gaps
  • Resolve technical issues between ISR asset Base Operation Support-Integrator (BOS-I) and platform architectures
  • Maintain current ISR programs, assets, and sensors
  • Monitor both HS and SIPR MIRC to work with ITCs and customers to achieve mission objectives
  • Perform preventive maintenance on mission equipment
  • Training military personnel in use of equipment

Required Skills & Experience

  • Required clearance:  TS/SCI
  • 5 years or more of experience working on required systems
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Mode 2 certification
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to operate individually and in a team environment in researching multi-faceted and critical problems
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and in a team environment in performing research, data fusion, and analysis of multi-discipline datasets
  • Experience with advanced search techniques, information databases, data visualization, and related tools
  • Experience converting data collected from multiple sources to provide geospatial analysis
  • Experience utilizing analysis toolsets required to perform your duties as SIGINT ASO
  • Knowledge of other intelligence disciplines, including human intelligence (HUMINT) Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT)
  • Experience with publicly available information (PAI) analytic principals
  • Ability to acquire, display, and analyze spatio-temporal data
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills and tradecraft standards to deliver analytic findings in textual form, graphic annotation, or other formats as directed by the government customer, and develop and present briefings to support customer requirements
  • Ability to understand and interpret applicable technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and/or publications
  • Experience in the INDOPACOM AOR

Desired Skills & Experience

Understanding of spectrometer, oscilloscope, and/or pitot static equipment

  • Ability to load and off-load classified equipment pre- and post-mission and update hardware/software and installing patches, as required
  • Ability to understand and interpret applicable technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and/or publications
  • Ability to route wires per technical drawings
  • Advanced skills with avionics installation tooling, wiring, wiring repair, wiring installation, soldering, and crimping techniques
  • Advanced troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems on the airborne ISR asset
  • Capable of performing site inventory of all program materials and equipment
  • Ability to perform advanced training to military ASOs to make them more effective in the sensor’s capabilities in the AO they are operating
  • Ability to brief the military command on the sensor’s capabilities and make recommendations on the best way to utilize the sensor in this AO

$133,600$200,400 USD
